Russia Iran Collaboration to Endanger World Peace

A Russia Iran collaboration includes, most recently, a discussion of an interim agreement for the countries to revive a nuclear deal. This was strategically planned — ahead of Iran negotiating with world powers to reenter the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). Winning a deal could prove beneficial to Russia in building its goal of domination.

Vladimir Putin has continued to grow military cooperation with the Islamic Republic of Iran and its military terrorist force — Iran’s Elite Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). Although this is working to fulfill Putin’s goal to dominate, it will prove to be a strategic error negotiating with the terrorist regime. The military pact with Russia will further endanger the Iranian people, Europe, and the Free world.

As Putin placates allies it boosts his goal for Russia to take over once again as the power it was in the Cold War days. Russia is now conducting a massive military invasion into Ukraine, aiming at claiming a sovereign nation.

Russia Iran Collaboration Prolongs Oppression

With the religious military dictatorship of Iran, re-entering the JCPOA could endanger world peace and prolong the systemic oppression of the Iranian people. February 15 and 16, 2021, the Russian and Iranian naval forces conducted a joint military operation in the Gulf of Oman and the northwestern part of the Indian Ocean.

It should be noted that Iran and Russia are the two largest countries that border the Caspian Sea. In 2015 military operations were carried out by Russia from the Caspian Sea to attack Islamic State targets in Syria. As reported by BBC defense correspondent, Jonathan Marcus, at the time:

It is not clear yet why these particular weapons were chosen in preference to airstrikes — but the missiles would have had to fly a considerable distance over Iran and then Iraq to reach Syria.
